Join me for a 31 day green drink challenge that will help you enjoy the best of Spring & Summer!
I am not asking you to change any of your current eating habits, I am only asking that you add 1 quart of green smoothie or green juice to your diet everyday for 30 days. You can drink it all in the morning or throughout your day … whatever works for you … just make sure by the end of the day it is gone. 🙂 And have your family join the fun too!
ADD 2 QUARTS a DAY & leave less room in your belly for the bad stuff. That’s what I’m going to do!
• drink 2 quarts of green smoothie/juice a day & eat at least 2 side salads throughout your day
Your green smoothie/juice is not necessarily meant to be a meal replacement, although they are very filling, so you may not need to eat too much along with it.
